How do I access all videos and downloadable content on BusyBeavers.com?

We provide some of our video and downloadable content to visitors free of charge. If however, you would like to access all Busy Beavers content from BusyBeavers.com, you will need to become a subscriber. Please click here to subscribe.

How do I log into BusyBeavers.com?

To log in to BusyBeavers.com you must have an active subscription. If you already have a subscription, please click here to log in to your account.

I have a subscription, but forgot my password?

If your subscription is active, but you have forgotten your password, you can use our password recovery tool by clicking here. Please note that you will need to provide the email address that you used to sign up for a BusyBeavers.com subscription.

I get an error saying my account is inactive when I try to log in

This usually happens when we have not been able to automatically bill your PayPal account to keep your subscription active. If you would like to reactive your subscription please contact us directly.

I purchased a DVD or product from the shop, but it hasn't arrived

Our product warehouse, dispatch and shipping is managed by Amazon. Please contact Amazon directly via the Amazon Customer Services support page.
